REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
10.1. Cancellation by Customer
All cancellation requests must be submitted via official communication channels:
- Contact form on our website
- Phone
- WhatsApp / Viber / Email
A cancellation is considered valid only once it has been received and confirmed by XTransfers.
The time of request is determined based on our system records.
Cancellation Terms:
- Within 5 days of booking: full refund (100%)
- After 5 days from booking: non-refundable
- No-show: non-refundable
10.2. Cancellation by XTransfers
If XTransfers cancels a service:
- Customer receives a 100% refund
10.3. Booking Modifications
All modification requests must be submitted via official communication channels.
Changes are valid only after confirmation.
Important:
- Price may change depending on modification
- Price increase → must be paid
- Price decrease → difference refunded
Requests within 24 hours before service:
- Subject to availability
- Not guaranteed
10.4. Travel Delays
In case of delays:
- We monitor flights (if details are provided)
- Waiting time adjusts automatically
If arrival is earlier:
- Driver arrives at originally scheduled time
Customer must:
- Be reachable
- Inform us about changes
11. OUR CHANGES AND ADJUSTMENTS
XTransfers reserves the right to propose booking changes for:
- Operational efficiency
- Service quality
This may include:
- Pickup time adjustments
- Vehicle changes
- Price adjustments
If incorrect booking details are provided:
- We may update the booking
- Customer will receive revised price
Customer may:
- Accept changes
- Or cancel under Section 10
12. NO-SHOW POLICY
A “no-show” occurs when:
- Passenger does not appear at pickup location
- Passenger is unreachable
- Waiting time is exceeded
If customer does not respond to contact attempts:
→ booking is considered no-show
In such cases:
- no refund will be issued
If customer arranges alternative transport without informing us:
→ service is considered completed
13. DELAYS AND LIABILITY
XTransfers is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Traffic
- Weather
- Border crossings
- Force majeure
14. FORCE MAJEURE
Force majeure refers to extraordinary events beyond our control.
In such cases:
- obligations may be suspended
- XTransfers is not liable for delays or non-performance
Examples include:
- natural disasters
- strikes
- government restrictions
- pandemics
- war
We will attempt to:
- inform customers
- offer alternatives where possible
